These gutters are the best. Can tell by the materials how well made they are. The installation was perfect. Cleaned up after like they were never there. Every rain storm use to have some water in the basement. Now even after a heavy rain my basement is dry. No more mold issues.

The service tech that you sent to install my gutter protection Brad Kyzar was the most respectful gentleman. He explained everythine that he was going to do and answered all my questions that i wanted to ask him . He new what he was doing . And cleaned up everything before he left . The filters clog with pollen and dust creating a slick debris which cause the rain to run over the Leaffilter and over the gutter pouring down onto our porch, door, and ourselves. Employees have been here numerous times and cannot remedy the problem, nor will they refund my cost. Because the GUTTER is not clogged. It can't clog if Leaffilter is clogged and water CAN"T GET IN THE GUTTER! Don't waste your money! (Date estimated of original installation)
Have you noticed? They usually only reply to the positive reviews, but now they make this repeat reply to negative ones.! If they truly cared what happened to myself and others...they would contact us directly. They have all my contact information already, and the others as well.

Screws and left over gutter scraps were left in my yard, my wife had stepped on a screw that punctured through her shoe, small injury but if it was my one of my children in the yard it could’ve been more serious. Installers also forgot to clean one section of my gutters as well. I pointed it out to them as we were finalizing payment and they said they will take care of it right after. If it wasn’t for the fact that they forgot to get my signature on some paperwork, they would’ve never returned to finish the job.

For the most part I like the product. The one drawback is this. The leaffilter tends to clog particularly in valleys where there is heavy run off. This is due to the grit from the roof and or leaves that wash down. In addition, it seems that the grit sometimes accumulates on the leaffilter making flow in to the gutter a bit more difficult and causes run over.
I have two valleys in my system and both have a tendency to run over during moderate to heavy rain. All due mostly to accumulated grit.
while I am just providing a review now this has been an ongoing since installation.

Nice friendly guys, were prompt, well dressed, didn't smell like marijuana which is so often the case these days. Were exceptionally quiet, and everything looked tightly fastened and installed.
When finished they left no residual screws or materials. Showed me the pictures of everything they did, explained what apparatus does what for what reason, and fielded all of my questions.

LeafFilter was professional, friendly and VERY thorough during the first quote meeting. Installation ran very smoothly. I was also very impressed with the extra effort to clean up my property. I had the Leaffilter system installed on 5-9-24. The installers were on time and very professional. Three days later during a heavy rain storm I noticed a couple issues with my gutters. I called Customer Service and the next day a service man Brad Kizzer was sent out and he did a great job resolving the Issues. At this time they were the right choice for my home.

Gerat service by sales rep. Jason Yousif. I told him exactly what I was looking to have done. He gave great suggestions and more importantly he was a true professional without the pushy sales tactics. He had the service scheduled and completed within 24 hours. I've delayed writing this bad review to give Leaf Filter(LF) ample time to address our issue. Unfortunately, LF has chosen to ignore our problem after making a single attempt to fix it.
We installed their system on our roof 1 1/2 years ago. On 2 sections of our balcony roof, there was (and still is) tremendous overflow onto our covered balcony soaking all our furniture. This happens with even light rain (wish I could post one of our videos here).
LF came out and replaced both 8 ft sections with a new improved gutter guard design, according to them. Same results...no improvement at all.
We spent substantially more money with LF than the next brand and are completely disatified with the application and, more importantly, the lack of professional customer service.
LF's "lifetime guarantee"is a joke since they don't reply to customer's emails or return phone calls.
Now we are having to replace both sections with a less expensive system but better design.
Dont be fooled by the TV ads!

The sales representative showed the product, explained the process and warranty thoroughly. His presentation was informational and professional. Not a high pressure sales job!
Next day service was very unexpected, but it happened! I received a call from the installer as to when I could expect him, which I appreciated. Gutters were thoroughly cleaned and installation took only a few hours. The installer was very professional and cleaned up the work area. The finished job looks great! No more clogged gutters and drains in the spring and fall!
